How should I care for my barware and tools?
To preserve the finish of our products, especially those with gold, copper, or gunmetal plating, we recommend hand washing with mild soap and drying immediately with a soft cloth. Most of our clear crystal glassware is dishwasher safe on a delicate cycle.
What is your shipping policy for fragile items?
We take extreme care in packaging. All orders are shipped in protective, reinforced boxing to ensure your glassware arrives in perfect condition. We offer standard and expedited shipping options across the continental US.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your items arrive broken or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost.
Do you offer international shipping?
